Military Discount
Active members of the United States military will receive a 10% discount off meeting registration and workshop fees. Proof of active military service must be included with registration to receive military discount. 

Registration Confirmation Emails
Registrants who mail or fax their registration will receive confirmation via email approximately two to three weeks after their registration and payment is received at the ASMH office. Those registering for the Annual Meeting online will receive a confirmation almost immediately via email.

Meeting Cancellation
Registration fees, minus a $75 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ASMH office no later than April 22, 2021. Submit your request for refund in writing via fax at (414) 276-3349, via e-mail to info@mohstech.org or via mail to the ASMH office (555 E. Wells St., Suite 1100 Milwaukee, WI 53202). Refunds will not be given after that date.
