Onsite Registration
Pre-registration must be completed on or before April 8, 2026. The office will not accept any registrations after April 8 and will require you to register and pay onsite. On-site registration payment must be made via credit card. The registration desk will be open at the JW Marriott Austin at the following days and times (subject to change).
Thursday, April 30: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, May 1: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 2: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees, minus a $75 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ASMH office no later than February 27, 2026. Email info@mohstech.org or fax (414) 276-3349. Refunds will not be given after that date.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. local time and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. local time. Arrivals prior to 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Parking
Self-parking: $54 per day
Valet parking: $69 per day
Reservations
To receive the discounted rate, you must identify yourself as being with ASMH/ACMS Annual Meetings and must have already registered for the 2026 Annual Meeting. Make your reservations early; reduced group rates are available only through Wednesday, April 8, 2026, or until sold out. Reservation requests after the cut-off date will be based on availability.

Annual Meeting Scholarships
Is this your first time attending an ASMH Annual Meeting?
Do you have a desire to attend but need financial support?
If either of these apply to you, you may qualify for an Annual Meeting Scholarship. Annual Meeting Scholarships are funded by a generous grant by the American College of Mohs Surgery.

One award will be given to an individual who has been an ASMH member in good standing for at least one year and who is attending the ASMH Annual Meeting for the first time.

A second award will be given to an ASMH member who has been in good standing for at least two years and needs financial support to attend the ASMH Annual Meeting.
